Moving in the Spirit’s Apprentice Corporation teens will be performing as part of part of the National Center for Civil and Human Rights’ evening of artistic expression, “Music, Movement, and Message,” inspired by Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.’s “The Drum Major Instinct.” This interactive experience uses performance art to guide guests through the Center and witness the resiliency of the human spirit, inspired by the African-American struggle for social justice. In addition to our teens, special performances will be provided by the Atlanta Opera and spoken word artist Nubia Lives.

When: Wednesday, Feb. 21, 2018, 6:30 – 9:00 PM

Where: National Center for Civil and Human Rights
