Moving In The Spirit

Moving in the Spirit provides a safe and fun environment in which children can study the art of dance while making friends and developing leadership skills. Our award-winning programs offer a unique combination of performance, leadership and mentor opportunities that allow participants to grow and mature within the organization over time. It is common for participants to stay with Moving in the Spirit throughout their entire childhood and adolescence.

Most of our dance and leadership training programs meet weekly during the school year, at Moving in the Spirit’s theater, The Beam, in southeast Atlanta. View our 2012-2013 Class Schedule, review our 2012-2013 Class Guidelines, and learn which program is suitable for your child. Classes for the 2012-2013 program year begin the week of September 10, 2012.

• Ages 3-18, All (Stepping Stones)
• Ages 9-12, Girls (The Junior Company, by audition only)
• Ages 8-13, Boys (Men in Motion, by audition only)
• Ages 13-18, All (The Apprentice Corporation, by audition only)
• Ages 8-14, All (Summer Camp)

Need-based scholarships are available.
