Dani Tirrell, Seattle dancer, choreographer and activist

Join Moving in the Spirit (a creative youth development program) on Saturday, March 18 as we partner with Seattle dancer, choreographer and activist, Dani Tirrell, and Emory’s Robertson Science and Society Foundation for two FREE modern and house-style dance workshops. These workshops, interwoven with dialogue, shine a spotlight on art and social justice as it relates to public health advances in HIV prevention. Moving in the Spirit is hosting this event as a continuation of our Getting to Zero project, which is an effort to raise awareness of HIV/AIDS among young people between the ages of 13-24.

We will be hosting two workshops that address these issues based on age group.
